Needing privacy (evergreen or vine) for shady area

I need suggestions to finish a backyard living area. New (beautiful) patio is adjacent to (ugly)driveway where an RV stays parked - I don't want to look at this when enjoying my patio. Planting area varies from 3-4ft wide and spans 12 ft long and I need almost 15ft of height to hide RV. Considered arbor vitae (but concerned about shade from house/RV/other trees). Also considered very tall wall/arbor covered with some vine - but will anything do well in shade; zone 6a; and look good year round??

Flowering jasmine (carolina jessamine) will grow fast, look great and smell great in the spring/summer. It's evergreen down South but in zone 6 leaves will die out in winter. I'd suggest combining a couple of vines: an evergreen with something flowering so you have great interest and visual appeal in summer but won't be left barren in winter. :)
