I noticed small red and green bugs doing some damage to my russian sage and anise hyssop. The damage resembles that which aphids do. The bugs look like small cucumber beetles but are bright red and green.

I tried to squish them but they move fast. I sprayed once with Bulls Eye. But today they are back.

Any idea on what they might be would be appreciated.
