I have a bush that is blooming now, May 30, 2005. It has long arching branches. There are small white flowers on the branches. Each flower measures about 1 1/2" with each flower having four petals with yellow centers. These flowers are arranged in a box shape with one flower on top. So each group consists of five flowers. a few have only four blooms. They do not smell. The leaves are ovate going to a point. They are slightly toothed. Older leaves are about 4 " long and 2 1/4" wide.

A Spirea? See attached link. Or it may be a Viburnum. Do a google search on both of the shrubs, as there are many varieties of each.

Here is a link that might be useful: spirea
