Plants with Animal Names

Sunny_Sky

Many of the plants that grow in my gardens were obtained through Garden Web's secret swaps, round robins and plant exchanges.

Today I noticed that I have a lot of plants that are named after animals:

OX-eye Daisy

'Margery FISH' Pulmonaria

TOAD Lily

SNAKE Root

OSTRICH Fern

BEE Balm

BUTTERFLY Bush

LAMBS Ears

Chelone 'Pink TURTLEhead'

LEOPARD'S Bane

Thanks to each of you who helped contribute to my menagerie! LOL Are there other animal-named plants that you have?

I know this is an old thread but I got a few ideas from here earlier this year when searching for plants with animal's names to create some art!
