To those who know their local frost dates...

I have just finished up a web application for looking up your local frost dates based on the National Climatic Data Center's freeze/frost data. I have checked out everything for my area and it looks good to me.

To those of you who generally know the frost dates for your area, would you give my "Frost Date Finder" a go and see if it checks out for where you are?

Here's the link:

Thanks so much for your help!

It worked fine for my area!

My area's last frost date looked like the average last frost date. There may still be a lot of frosts after that date, and areas will vary in how long after. I feel like most gardeners use 80-95% confidence last frost dates, which would be 2-3 weeks later in my area.

@joejarvis What is your zip code? I'll see what I can figure out.

It looked good for me in Chicago. I wait for Mother's Day, which obviously varies a little, but you had May 1-9. I try to resist that first week of May, just in case!
