Hi
I am new here, long story short, my husband walked out on me and my son . My son, Danny is special needs and type 1 diabetic. So, life is always interesting. We were forced by my ex to forclose on our home in Whiting IN, and now I am renting a house in Chesterton IN. But there are NO plants, flowers.........only a few hostas. I have no money to spare on anything, so if anyone has anything to offer us.....we will be happy to take it.. Please let me know. thanks so much |

| Contact your local Free Cycle group and/or your local Extension. You may have to wait a couple months - July and August aren't the best times to plant in the Midwest! |

| Dear Lisa, I am in a south suburb of Chicago near Midway - have lots of plants to spare. Maybe we could meet halfway or something otherwise, Chesterton is perhaps a hour away not too bad from where we live, could load up the van and come. DH says we have too many plants! and need to share or compost some. Many are native plants though if that's okay with you. BTW - DH is a diabetic and has serious cardiac issues and only in his 30's so understand what's it's like on a day by day basis. |
