Greenspire Linden

We recently planted our greenspire in early May and have noticed over the last couple months quite a few of the leaves are beginning to look like this...

Any suggestions on what this might be? I wasn't sure if I should be concerned or not because the tree has TONS of buds on it still. From the spot where I pulled this leaf off you can see in the picture that there were 3 buds around it.

I have a couple Tilia cordata growing as bonsai, and find them magnets for lacebugs, which your trees show pretty clear evidence of.

If you're interested, contact me off forum and I'll suggest an over-the-counter treatment that will help keep your leaves more attractive until early fall. I'm always reluctant to suggest even O-T-C chemical treatments on the forums.
