Quick growing hedge

I live in northwest Missouri. We need a very quickly growing dense hedge that is hardy and will reach at least 10 feet tall. Full sun location. Watering is a problem. (This plant needs to be resilient!) Can anyone recommend something that's appropriate.
Thanks!

Privets are hardy, but are considered invasive in some states. We have Cheyenne Privets.

For every 12 inches they grow, trim them back 6. Within three years they will maintain the hedge form.
