I'm seeing some of the same thing with some plants. We seem to have had July in June, August in July, and now, come mid-August, the weather seems to be Sept. Nights in the low 60s, even high 50s. Daytime highs in the upper 70s, low-80s. I truly love this.... But...

It's only an uneducated *wild guess*, but some plants are more temp-dependent, especially nighttime lows, than they are day-length dependent.

Are they thinking that October is around the corner? Don't know. Could be.
