want to buy Juniper Mother Lode

I am trying to find a mail order or a gardening center/nursery to buy Juniper Mother Lode. I searched the web w/o success. I live in the Indianapolis vicinity. Any suggestion who mid sell it in this time of year?
Is there a nursery that sells evergreens in the fall?

I know we are still selling trees and evergreens. So I am sure other nurseries are selling them. To bad we live so far away.
