 o
Anemones

Hello,

I recently accquired some Anemones, they're a mix of "The Governor, Mount Everest, Admiral and Lord Lieutenant". I'm curious if anyone around here has had any experience with growing these. I've been googling and the info I came across says they're Z seven through ten.

I'm new to outdoor gardening and I'm worried about planting something that may not make it outdoors. To be on the safe side should I plant them in pots in the spring?

If anyone is from the city or Cicero/Berwyn and loves these I'd entertain a trade for just about anything other than Hostas. I'm not a fan of very low growing large foliage plants as they make good hiding places for rodents. I learned my lesson this summer. I'd even entertain a trade for interesting C&S that I may be looking for.

Thanks.

RE: Nevermind

Nevermind I decided to trade them and not risk killing them.
