Help, trying to find Acer Griseum x Nikoense

Posted by pmurfe 5-6 IL (My Page) on

Looking for a nursery in the St. Louis area (or further) carrying the Girard's hybrid acer griseum x acer nikoense. Preferrably in 2"-2.5" caliper.

Also looking for opinions of those who have had it for a couple of years.

Thx

Hey pmurfe, you may have more luck in posting your question on the maple forum. Sources I have used in the past include Forrest Farm in Oregon and Mountain Maple in Carlifornia. Both are mailorder sources. It's not garantueed they carry that particular maple, but they may be able to help you find another source. But first, I would post this in the maple forum and do a search there to see if others have asked the same question already.

Good luck!
Marc

Have you tried contacting Girard's?

Here is a link that might be useful: Girard's
