Cheddar's stays very busy and is nice but maybe more casual than you want.

Most popular buffet restaurants are probably Ryan's and Golden Corral but also casual.

I've never cared for fancy restaurants so I can't give you an opinion on that. DH likes wings or ribs with a TV close by so his first choice is a sports bar. lol You may want to try posting this question in the Ozarks forum also.
