I saw this plant at the Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge in central Florida Itn sort of reminded me of a pickeral plant although I know it's not

Flower and foliage appear to be Bulltongue arrowhead, Sagittaria lancifolia.
A native aquatic plant species that can be found along the East coast from DE & MD - southward and along the Gulf coast to TX & OK.
Not as common as the Broadleaf arrowhead, Sagittaria latifolia, which can be found in 48 states and most of Canada.

Looks like the same weeds we have in central FL growing between cracks in the driveway and between bricks. They don't grow very high so it's hard to pull them and get the roots. I sometimes spray vinegar on the ones growing in the concrete cracks to keep them at bay for awhile.

Might just be neglect/lack of water...? It's been very, very dry here. March is usually like that. Judging from those photos, all the plants there are looking sad.
