Plans for the Spring with Native Plants

Hello all! I was wondering what plans everyone had for the spring...I've got a section of ground, about 25' by 70' that I'm working on. I'm studying the plant list available from our county Soil & Water Conservation District, which has native plants available for very reasonable prices. I also have several native shrubs I've been growing over the years in pots that are destined for this area, and an order of native ferns that should arrive soon.

Part of it contains an old fieldstone foundation from the original carriage house (we've got an old farmhouse). I'm thinking a winding path with this old site as it's destination.

Other than watching some species crocus and the snowdrops come up (yes, I know, not native), it's been quiet plant-wise here in upstate NY. We have some elms whose buds are swelling, and maple sugar season is winding down.

What are your plans?
