Can you help me identify this beauty?

I found this plant growing in the woods behind my son's house and don't know what it is. The leaves are glossy green shaped somewhat like a young wild Magnolia. The blooms look like daisies and are about 2 to 3 inches across with yellow centers. The bush is about 5 feet tall. It is really pretty and my son would like to move it to his yard. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's illicium floridanum, sometimes known as star bush. I've got quite a few of them in my woods, all blooming now. They're very easy to grow!

Thank you, Sherry. Isn't wonderful when something so pretty is also easy to grow! Happy Gardening. Brenda
