Need urgent help identify this plant due to severe rash

Thank you for reading this post. We are trying to identify a plant which grows on a vine and has green and purple leaves on it. I can send a picture to you but can not post one here. This has has caused a severe body rash - the rash itself is small dots of tan which then produce a black spec inside. Thus far, 5 doctors are unable to determine what type of rash it is and how to treat it.

I have a picture of the actual plants and of the rash.
This is located in Massachusetts on a hill at our home which is across from a river. I do not know if it is native to Mass, if it is moist area plant or anything about it. It was in an over grown flower bed that had not been maintained for over 10+ years. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. The only way I know of how I an possible get a picture online is to perhaps put it on craigslist farm forum or community forum and put a link to the cl post.

Have you ruled out poison ivy?

If you sign up for a photobucket account you can upload the picture there and link to it.

Are the leaves very shiny? I live in south-eastern MA, and the poison ivy is just coming up. It's new leaves are very shiny, green and a reddish purple.
