Hello jaynine. I looked it up and no it does not have flowers like that. As far as I can tell it doesn't have blooming flowers. Also the leaves are different. I agree... Scale. You might need to hand pick them with a Q-tip soaked in alcohol.... tedious but effective if there aren't too many. You might also look for ants that are farming them. Putting diatomacious earth on the ground under the plants will stop the ants... and thus the spread of the Scale.

Fittonia albivenis, aka nerve plant. Comes with white/cream or pink or red variegated foliage.

They look like amaryllis, Hippaestrum species. Flower stalks and buds form typically before the leaves. They are looking pretty good. Those months of neglect are really what the bulbs need to rebloom :-) Don't repot now. Wait until after flowering and the leaves start to become limp. And you can keep them outside until the weather becomes colder. In early fall you will need to bring them in but stop watering or fertilizing in order to generate good flowering in winter or early spring. There are lots of online sources that will give details on how to get amaryllis to rebloom.
