I don't think 3 is callisia, I think it would look different with more light and it's hard to say what it may be but the leaf edges look like sempervivum or aeonium #4 I think is an offset with a really long stem. Don't expose it to too much light, either cut it shorter or let it lie on its side and develop roots closer to where the leaves are In my climate, some succulents do root very quickly, others can take forever and need lots of misting to get them going. I use my bathroom to root cuttings because it actually isn't that humid there but indoors is a little more humid, has bright, filtered light and is cooler than outside

Hmm, I don't know, this first one does not look like S. pachyphyllum to me. This is my S. pachyphyllum, I took it for the flowers last weekend, so the leaves are out of focus. I would agree with odyssey3, it could be one of the Pachyveria, maybe 'Blue Belle' (or 'Belle Blue' as I've seen it written both way).

The plant needs a better draining soil. Most often recommended here is a 50/50 mix of commercial cactus-succulent mix combined with perlite (or pumice if available to you). These components come from your nursery. You would probably have better luck finding pumice or perlite at a regular nursery rather than Home Depot. Your plant needs much more light. It should not be stretched out like that. It should look more like a flower. When you repot, remove as much soil from the roots as possible, even soaking them a bit to work the soil off. When you repot, don't water until the next day. Then water only when dry. Good luck.

They're a Cordyline, they come in a range of colours and patterns. Easy to grow from cuttings, some can get quite tall. They have small flowers and also get small fruit but are mainly grown as foliage plants.
