Juglone and shrub selection

I want to plant a shrub boarder to screen the chain link in the back yard. The neighbor has a walnut tree about 20' away that will lightly shade this area in the morning.

What native shrubs are juglone tolerant? Does anyone know about Vibernum species or which hazel?
