who am I?

Any idea who this beauty might be? Bout the size of a 50 cent piece.

Looks like Borage, which is native to the Old World and is widely grown for it cucumber-like flavor. Do the leaves smell like cucumber? (don't eat it unless your sure what it is)

Lycopus, thank you soooo much!!! I have not smelled the leaves but did look up the info and the pictures look like mine.

Most definitely borage.

Not native, but not invasive, either. I've got quite a few in my herb garden (I'm a bit reluctant to admit I've even got an herb garden!)

Herb gardening is fun - all my gardens have herbs, though most of them are medicinal herbs. And nearly all the native plants I've added have ethnobotanical uses.
