wild sedum

I have a bunch of wild stonecrop in my yard..it was land that had never been disturbed and was under a canopy of many trees. We've removed the diseased trees, a bunch of wild multiflora rose and honeysuckle and have found many treasures.

It plentiful and healthy, but I dont' think I've ever seen it flower. Does all stonecrop flower? My local nursery is growing wild sedum and it has petite wild flowers.

I don't plan on touching it, as its pretty even by itself, but would love to know if there is something i can do to help it flower.
