| I have a single native pasque flower that has produced seeds and want to plant them. I read that the seed must be planted fresh and needs light. Has anyone done this successfully? I'm thinking flats of milled spaghnum moss covered with plastic. Any other ideas? |

| My instructions say: "Sow in fall or cold stratify, cool moist soil in sun or part shade". Says nothing about needing light. Fresh will still apply in fall, it means this years crop. The middle of summer seems like a really bad time to try to germinate most seeds but you could try an experiment if you have plenty. |
