Can anyone I.D. this WA pea type plant?

Northwest Coastal Washington. Found growing in ditches but not all over.

Has broad, flat stems and leaves with a hard, raised center line (? not sure how to describe them), and pea type tendrils at the ends that wrap around everything but no sign of pods of any kind (yet).

If anyone knows what this is I'd love to know.

Thanks
