Wild Grapes?

I found a vine today that's growing on a fence across the street. It almost appears to be grapes, but I'm unsure of whether or not they're a safe berry to eat.

I took some pictures and I'm posting them here, in the hopes that someone might know what it is? Thanks!

It may be Vitis aestivalis. The leaf shape is variable. Click on the images at the site below.

You should make sure it's not the similar-looking moonseed, which is poisonous. Moonseed has crescent-shaped seeds, as the name suggests.
