Please help me name this flower.

Hello everyone,

Thank you for helping my id my beautiful red flowers as poppies. Now, I need help with the name of the blue one. Pic of it is on my page:

I have collected a ton of seeds from it, but would like to know what it is so can look up when is the best time to plant them.

Yes! Thank you so much.
It is Centaurea montana. It is a bigger plant the the other one. I do have some Centaurea cyanus as well, only I know them by 'Bachelors Buttons.' :)

Like your poppies, Centaurea montana is not a native plant. It is a European garden plant that has escaped to the wild in some areas.
