| This sprawling, hairy plant was growing along the edge of a pond. It had heads about 0.4 inch across, and leaves as shown. I couldn't tell whether those flat, green objects were flowers, or if they were fruit. One of the flowers just opening appears to have a hint of red showing. And there are small bracts underneath the head on the upper, right part of the photo. Can you determine species? |
