| This plant looks like an Aster, but with different leaves than we typically see. It is approximately 12 inches tall. Can you name it?

| It is an aster but it is difficult to identify them without the plant in hand or detailed photographs of the leaves and flowering heads. |

| Heath aster perhaps? |

| Heath Aster looks very much like it but typically has fewer ray petals. Might be Aster pilosus but there are other possibilities. |
