Hard to tell with the picture, but the middle one looks like Echeveria "raspberry dip" they all look like they want some more light ( tall plants with spaced out leaves) succulents are generally more compact, depending on the genus

The second was purchased potted with the label “pink rose.” It was in pretty bad shape, but is springing back to life very quickly. Wants to bloom its heart out. Blooms are bubblegum to pastel pink, only one to a stem so far. About 3’ high. Nice scent. Any ideas? The pictures are rather faded, as the blooms are several days old, but hopefully will be good enough. Also, the blooms are normally larger than this, But they seem to directly correspond to the amount of water received. I let the pot dry out while these buds were maturing.

Not all varieties of kangaroo paws are equally drought tolerant. I love the plant myself, especially the red and orange varieties but as they are not fully winter hardy in my climate (likely due to wetter winters than they prefer rather than cold), I grow them as container plants or annuals and find they need pretty routine watering during our dry but quite cool summers. Some cultivars will have a growing notation for "water occasionally" but a preponderance do note 'regular irrigation". I would not consider anigozanthos to be a prime subject for a very drought tolerant or xeric landscape. And if that indeed is 'Big Red' in the photo, that is a cultivar that does require regular irrigation. btw, San Marcos Growers website has a decent listing of popular cultivars and their growing specs that is helpful : Anigozanthos
