Sage beush in the high desert.

ed - [Boy did I bungle this one. It is "brush'', not "beush" and my spell checker doesn't do titles and the GW won't let me edit titles.]

Out near the Carson City, NV airport there are homes on the Northeast side of the interstate with beautiful natural sage brush. On the other side of the freeway our homes apparently had the sage brush removed by the developers.

Can I collect seed from the native plants [There is public land beyond the homes there.] and restore the sage brush that was once here?

Yes. You also might be able to make cuttings.
