It's definitely of the Tea/Noisette type, given its foliage, bloom presentation style (long stems, tending towards pendant) and loose form. The one detail that had me hesitating was the strong reddish reverse shown in the vase photo; I don't recall 'Crépuscule' displaying a reddish reverse like that. But I can also see that it's evident only in the half-open bud stage but gone by the time its fully open. This could be a variable trait that appears only in certain climate conditions. So I will cautiously go with 'Crépuscule' as its potential identity. It had fleetingly occurred to me that it might be 'Autumn Sunset' but the foliage style is so clearly Tea/Noisette and the growth habit of this rose is nowhere near as coarse as the 'Westerland' sport.

Natural and artificial light has changed the wall color. Look under the art. It is most likely the color on the wall. Makes sense as it works better with the rug. Maybe Silver Satin? It seems to be a cultivar of a panicle hydrangea but with so many compact varieties of them for sale now a days (Bobos, Strawberry Sundae, Little QF, etc.), I would ask for cuttings in order to get/propagate that exact one. It may even be a larger cultivar too but just young, recently planted. Getting a spring cutting would be my goal. Nice shade of pink blooms indeed. Where did you take the picture? Some restaurants lease the location and a landscape company handles the plantings from the land owner.
