| It would be considered a vine right? or maybe hmm... creeping? I forgot what you call it. I think it may have had thorns too. (unedited pics, funny how they change ain't it?)

| Beautiful Pics!! It must have been a hot day. Notice how the Dragonfly was pointing his tail toward the sun. They do that here when the sun is beaming down unimpeded on very hot days. It is supposed to give less surface area exposed to direct sunlight and therefore keeps their body temperature from raising as much as it otherwise would. The flower is beautiful and my guess is that it is some sort of butterfly pea--perhaps the spurred butterfly pea vine. I don' t know the botanical name AND I am not sure of the ID--it is just a guess based on the color and the shape of the flower. |
