| Hi,
I saw some Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm' at a Home Depot and had to pick it up - the color and shape of the flowers is really neat. I'm thinking of doing a sort of mass planting along the eastern side of my house. but I had two questions for everyone here: 1) How tall do these guys really get? I've seen online and on plant tags heights ranging from 24" - 40". What gives? What do you all average? 2) Is there a big problem with reseeding? Where I want to plant is between a wall of my garage and a side yard that gets mowed regularly. Mowing should be sufficient for keeping stray seedlings in check, right? Thanks! John |

| Taken from the link below... The "gold storm" blankets the tops of 18-30-inch tall plants from mid-July to October. Plant width is 24 inches. and Propagation and yes...I think it could just then be controlled by mowing off any seedlings. Sue |
