Tree I.D. Needed

Saw this tree on a neighbor's property and I really like it. I wanted to know what kind it was so I could perhaps plant one of my own.

Any Clues?

Not the clearest image of the leaves.. but I had to zoom in and take the picture from about 50 yards away

Have you ever seen it flowering?

Look up Catalpa and see if the leaves match.

No flowers to speak of. It looks like it's a regular shade-type tree.
