It's a Desmodium (tick trefoil). Not sure of the species. The little triangular segments of the seed pod will stick to clothing, pets, etc.

Ashby, that is Clerodendrum thomsoniae, commonly known as bleeding heart vine or glory bower. It is a beautiful plant but it can be invasive. It spreads in the ground by underground runners. Keep it in a pot or keep a close eye on it. Carol in Jacksonville
