Some forums don't have a gallery, but you can still post the pictures on flickr or something and give us a link here.

It would be agood idea to open a berry to see what the seeds look like. Do NOT eat, but smell the berry too. Colour, and perhaps the shape of the leaves may help

A picture or good description would help immensely. You can search in the name that plant forum for instructions on adding pictures. That question has been asked and answered there before.

Here are some of the most common "berries" I see in my area (Western NY State) this time of year: pokeweed (Phytolacca americana), buckthorn (Rhamnus cathartica), rose hips (Rosa spp.), virginia creeper (Parthenocissus quinquefolia), bittersweet nightshade (Solanum dulcamara). There are certainly others but these are some of the most common.

I took pictures but don't know if we can post them on the board.

Here is how I do it, though there are other ways.

Once you have your pics on your computer, you will then need to put them on an on-line photo storage site. I use Photobucket. It is Free, and you can join here

Once you have your Photobucket account set up, you will need to upload the pics you want to post here.
After you have them uploaded, just follow the instructions below.

1...just type your message,...or in this case a reply to this post, changing the Subject of Posting line by one character, if necessary.
2...open Photobucket in another tab, or window.
3...find the pic you want to post in the message,
4...click on HTML code found in the third box below the pic. It will say copied in yellow,
5...go back and paste the HTML code in your message box,
6...hit preview,
You will then see your message, and the actual pic,
and
7... lastly hit submit.
