| I have a crossvine in a good size pot and I am wondering if it will grow along my backyard fence or if it wants to grow up straight? I have a fair amount of fence for it to take over if it wants.
Thanks

| I have a crossvine as well although I don't know if it's the same type. I think it would grow on your fence. I'm attaching a pic of mine that twines around a column. Each year the new growth rests on the old. Maureen |

| Would the crossvine "do" better growing up a long needle pine instead of along a fence? There is a long needle pine that is fairly bare on the bottom 15-20 feet so perhaps the vine would be "happier" growing vertically instead of horizontally. Or is it a question of training it to grow on the fence? |

| I think it would like the tree better. Maureen |
