1st post here.

Hello everyone we have a noob question for you all.
We just moved into our new house here, and we are currently relandscaping our back garden ourselves, we have had the pool installed and i have almost finished laying the pavers around the pool.
Deb as been plant shopping and came back with some ferns in pots, they are approx 1 metre high, the issue is that two of the three potted ferns have suddenly withered (not all), why?

Just to add the temp is approx 28c here warm and sunny with a good wind blowing, our back garden is full sun, Deb watered the pots the other night - thats once since we purchased them.
