help me my plant is not looking good

So I'm not sure what to do. I try to water my plant every 2-3 days and it's in a good sunlight. There have been plant mites that ive seen and sprayed with from lowes. I'm a first time owner, not sure if it's over water, under water, soil ph or sun exposure.

Can anyone help? ????

This is the Native Plant forum ie Native to the US. I suggest you ask your question on the House Plant Forum since your palm is in a pot and appears to be indoors.

Here is a link that might be useful: House Plant Forum

Let the soil dry out a bit between waterings. I would only water it once each week, soak it good and then let it dry out.
