| ...and to think I hurried back from my week in California just in time for another 5-10" (my area) of the white stuff. After seeing blooming calla lilies, rosemary bushes 3 ft. high, golden CA poppies covering the hillsides, ohhhhhhh.... If I lived in the Bay Area, I'd be gardening all the time and never get any work done. So our New England winter hibernating gardens are good for us. But OH the smell of eucalyptus trees and being able to wear sandals without socks-- |
