weeping japanese maples

Anyone know anything about this tree. Last year all it's leaves fall off because I over watered. I'm hoping that it will come back. Also How can i tell which one I have. I think I have Acer palmatum Beni Hime but then the Crimson Queen kinda looks like mine too.Any comments would be great
