 o
skunk cabbage in the Upper Cape

I understand about leaving skunk cabbage in wetlands - but -I have some that has spread up into a hill between my neighbor and I. Last year, I dug it up, but it's back. I live in the Upper Cape and he's seasonal so he has not seen it come back yet and I'd like to get rid of it before he comes down. Any ideas?
