Rudysmallfry, was it privet?

I've been holding my breath (I turned blue as my hydrangeas) waiting for the picture of your mystery "smelly" plant. Just this morning I biked past some 9-ft. tall hedges near the shore, covered with "tiny white flowers shaped like lilacs", which I know are privets. Tell us, or send a picture, please!

Sorry. Every time I have time to go over to take pics, it's pouring out. I found a bush at the local store called Summersweet or Hummingbird. It smells a lot like it. I will post the pic soon, I promise!
