varietys of watermelon in CT

Hi all,
I have had very good results with sugar babys in my gardens. We have about 30 right now but I have grown 75+ with no problems to speak of.
My question is are there other variety's that you have had success with in our area? I'm interested in adding a new variety next season. It must be a heirloom.
I seem too remember a farmer showing me some he grew a few years back that were maybe 12-15# but do not remember the variety.
Any thoughts appreciated. Esp. if you have grown a bigger variety.
Thanks!!
