I've driven by Acton Arboretum many times. I've always seen the entrance sign on Rt 27, sitting amongst some cat tails. I always just assumed it was some wooded conservation land.

However, I drove up Taylor Street the other day and saw the parking lot and open fields and gardens. I had about 15 minutes to spare, so I decided to pull in and check it out. First I saw this wonderful wood bridge and bench.

Then some wonderful open areas

Complete with picnic areas

and an "amphitheatre"
