Web design resources: walls, fences, arbors, and trellises

| As it's too cold to go out skiing today, I'll continue the design theme started with overall design. All of these sites have to do with metalwork that would look great in the garden, since I'm hoping to learn to weld . . .

Babs, I liked a lot on the gardenmetalwork site. I especially liked the 'grow throughs' Neat idea. Haven't been to the austin scene yet. The copperworks is fun. I have wanted to build my own copper trellis for some time, but haven't.

Wow, nhbabs, thanks for sharing these. Isn't the internet amazing - we get to see so much that we'd have missed any other way. The last few years of the NE Flower show, there was one exhibit that included the work of a fantastic metalworker; geometric and very subtle and rhythmic fence panels. Wish I knew where those photos ended up.

Babs, I love the metalwork on the Grace link! My favorite is the one in the upper right with the bird in the design. I hope you will post any more links you come across in your travels, I've been enjoying them.

Here's another metalwork link I've run across . . . on a chilly wet day like today, nursing a cold, it's either clean the house or spend time browsing for lovely garden art. Guess which choice won out! ;>)
