| How did your first week turn out? |

| Hi pixie_lou, The first week was a resounding success! Lots of folks hadn't heard word of the swap, so they showed up without seeds. However, we'd been able to "seed the pot" with some donations of year-old seeds from a couple of local garden centers, so no one went away empty-handed. As you can see from the photo, there was plenty to choose from. I had a blast, and I would absolutely do it again. I did not, however, succeed in my goal of leaving the swap with fewer seeds than I started with. Oops. The swap is going on again this Thursday, though I won't be the one minding the table. If you're in the area, please come by and swap some seeds! |
