Transplanting seedlings to pots filled with compost...

Hi, all.
I was wondering if transplanting vegetable seedlings to pots filled with non-sifted or non-sterelized home compost is ok. I hope so, because I already did it a few of days ago and the seedlings look to be doing fine. Thanks.

It depends on how you make your compost. I mix very little (or no) soil into the bins, and I have not had good luck using my compost in pots.

If your seedlings look good, though, you must be on the right track.
