Just go to your member page (click on the "My page" link beside your login ID) & follow the prompts/link to your trade page (i.e., See my trade list).

That gets me TO the page but I do not see how to add to it.

Go to the far far left bottom of this page and click on Member Pages in the Community brown band. This should bring you to a page that says Welcome ontheteam! On that page is a link to Edit Your Exhange Lists. That should do it.

Glad to help, if even a little but NO THANKS on the seeds--I still have paper bowls full on shelves in my garage over and above the paper bowls full on my kitchen table. Seeds I don't need and will probably never sow.

No seeds for me either - I don't have space to sow them. How do you arrange a trade? Do you post on the Exchange page of different forums and tell people to look at your list? The New England Exchange page isn't used much.

When I had seeds to trade, I posted on the Seed Exchange forum. I made sure my trade list was up-to-date. If someone was interested in trading with me, they contacted me via email.

As with other gardening objectives, it makes sense to define your goals--decide how you want to trade (i, e, postage, address labels, envelopes) and put that out there on GW. List the seeds you have to trade on your trade list, then post what seed types you've got available on the Seed Exchange forum.

I "shopped" for seeds on the Seed Exchange forum a couple of years until I filled my garden beds. I kept the seed exchange information (i.e., names & addresses of folks with whom I traded) on an Excel spreadsheet so I'd have it for future reference.

Common sense rule of thumb is be sure you get return postage prior to mailing seeds.

Check out the Seed Exchange forum and follow the pattern. Generally, if you "HAVE" seeds and are offering them for trade, the post heading should state that. If you're looking for specific seed types, the post heading should include that information, as in "WANT...[seed name]".
