Hi,

I know almost nothing about blueberries, but if it were mine, as a perennial plant, as long as it has good drainage, I'd leave it outside now and contact UCONN via email (see MENU at bottom of UCONN website below) and ask them what you've asked here - including the pictures. This is not the first time this issue has been raised on GW, there is another forum (link below) with similar questions. If you do find an answer, it would be good of you to post it to this forum to perhaps help others who may be buying blueberries this year. Let us know, please. Don't give up - there is an answer - but should it be bacterial or viral, the seller should be made aware. It might be too much water, let's hope it's a simple answer.

Here is another picture of the blueberry plant. It seems like it is afraid of the sun or light because at night, the stems seem to have gone up rather than down, and when the sun comes up the stems seem to start drooping again. I don't know what to do and I need help. Could it be that the plant needs food because of all the stems/leaves it is supporting?
Should I prune the plant a little? Or am I giving it too much water?
